About WinDailyGames
What WinDailyGames Is
WinDailyGames is a free, ad-supported daily-play website where adults in the United States can enter sweepstakes, play instant-win games, spin a daily prize wheel, answer trivia questions, and collect virtual tokens — all without spending a dollar. Every day, one player wins a real cash prize. There is no purchase necessary, no credit card required, and no subscription to manage. You play because it's fun, and one player walks away with money in their pocket each day for doing exactly that.
The site is operated by Flatiron Media, LLC, a privately-held New York limited liability company that has been running consumer sweepstakes and content websites since 2005. The company's principal office is in Florida. WinDailyGames is the company's first dedicated daily-play game destination. It exists because we believe online sweepstakes can be both genuinely entertaining and genuinely free, and that doing both well is harder than it looks when most of the industry settled for one or the other a long time ago.
How a Day on WinDailyGames Works
Each calendar day on WinDailyGames begins fresh at midnight Eastern Time. When you sign in, you'll see that day's lineup of games available to play. Different games refresh on different schedules, but the rhythm is built around a daily reset — meaning what you didn't get to yesterday is replaced by something new today, and missing a day doesn't penalize you when you come back.
The site offers four broad categories of play.
Daily Sweepstakes. A free entry into our daily $100 cash drawing. One winner is drawn each day from all eligible entries received during that day's entry period. The drawing happens after midnight, and the winner is contacted by email. Full rules, including the alternate mail-in method of entry, are on our Official Rules page.
Instant-Win Games. Scratch-style games and prize wheels where the outcome is decided the moment you play. Most outcomes are token rewards rather than cash, but the site does run periodic cash and merchandise instant-win prizes that are clearly labeled when they're available.
Trivia. Multiple-choice trivia questions across categories like Health and Wellness, Money Smarts, Home Sweet Home, Pop Culture and Nostalgia, the Grandparent Challenge, and Scam Spotter. Trivia is meant to be enjoyable rather than punishing — most players get most questions right, and both correct and incorrect answers award tokens (correct answers award more).
Token Collection and Streaks. Tokens are the site's internal points system. You earn them by playing games and answering trivia, and you spend them on extra entries to the daily sweepstakes or on instant-win opportunities. Tokens cannot be purchased and have no cash value. Streaks reward consecutive days of play with bonus tokens, and the streak resets if you miss more than one day in a row.
Most users spend somewhere between fifteen and forty minutes on the site per day, depending on how many games they choose to play. None of it is mandatory, and there is no penalty for treating the site as a quick daily check-in versus a longer session.
Who Can Play
WinDailyGames is open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years old (or the age of majority in your state of residence, whichever is older). The site is not available in U.S. territories or outside the United States. Sweepstakes entries are void where prohibited by law, and the specific eligibility terms are spelled out in full on our Official Rules page.
The site is designed for grown-ups in every sense. The buttons are large, the type is readable, the navigation is uncluttered, and we don't use the kind of high-pressure tactics — fake countdowns, manipulative pop-ups, deceptive close buttons — that have given the broader sweepstakes industry a bad reputation. If you've ever felt like a sweepstakes website was working against you, we'd like to be different.
How We Make Money
Honesty about our business model is the first thing we owe our users, so here it is in plain language: WinDailyGames makes money from advertising. When you play games on the site, you'll see display advertisements, occasional video ads between games, and sponsored content cards within the game lineup. Some of those advertisers are external companies served through our ad partners; some are other Flatiron Media properties offering additional sweepstakes you may want to enter.
All advertising on the site is clearly labeled as such. Sponsored content cards are marked "Sponsored" or "Ad." Display ads are visually distinct from game content. We will never disguise an advertisement as a game, a prize notification, or a winning result. We believe the line between editorial and advertising should be impossible to miss, and we hold our own ad placements to that standard.
The daily $100 prize is paid by Flatiron Media out of the advertising revenue the site generates. The economics work because a large audience playing games each day produces meaningful ad impressions, and a small portion of that revenue funds the prizes. Players never pay anything, never need to make a purchase to enter or win, and never need a credit card to participate.
Our Relationship With EverydayWinner.com
Some users discover WinDailyGames through EverydayWinner.com, another sweepstakes site operated by Flatiron Media. The two sites share a common parent company and may share certain account information for users who choose to participate in both. The full details of what is shared and why are in our Privacy Policy. The short version: if you have accounts on both sites, we may recognize you across them and offer you a unified experience, but you control what you sign up for and what data is associated with your account.
EverydayWinner and WinDailyGames are different products with different audiences and different experiences. EverydayWinner is an entry-based sweepstakes site; WinDailyGames is a daily-play game destination. You can use either, both, or neither.
Content and Editorial Standards
Most of the content on WinDailyGames is gameplay rather than articles, but there are a few categories where we take editorial responsibility seriously.
Trivia accuracy. Trivia questions are checked for factual correctness before they are published. Questions in categories that touch on health, money, or scam awareness receive additional review because getting those wrong has real consequences for readers who might act on them. If you ever spot a trivia question you believe is incorrect or misleading, please let us know through our Contact page — corrections are taken seriously.
Scam Spotter content. The Scam Spotter trivia category is built around recognizing common consumer scams. Every Scam Spotter question is written so that the correct answer reflects the genuinely safe real-world behavior — meaning if you internalize what the correct answers are saying, you will be safer the next time someone tries to defraud you. This is one of the small public-good responsibilities we take on by running a site with our particular audience.
Health, legal, and financial information. Nothing on WinDailyGames is medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Trivia in those categories is general knowledge, not personalized guidance. For decisions that affect your health, money, or legal situation, consult a qualified professional.
Advertising quality. Not every advertisement that appears on the site is something we would personally endorse, but we set quality floors with our advertising partners and we remove ads that violate them when we find out about them. If you see an ad on the site that strikes you as deceptive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate, please report it through our Contact page and we will look into it.
Privacy, Security, and Your Data
We collect the information you provide when you register (email address, basic demographic information, and any survey responses you choose to give us) along with technical information about your visits (IP address, device type, what you do on the site). We use this information to operate the site, award prizes, deliver advertising, and improve the experience over time. We do not sell your name, email address, or other directly-identifying personal information to advertisers. Information we do share with advertising networks for ad targeting purposes is generally pseudonymous — demographic categories and interaction signals rather than your name and email. Certain forms of advertising-related data sharing may qualify as a "sale" or "share" under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws; California residents have specific rights under those laws, which are described in our Privacy Policy.
The full description of what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how to delete your account is in our Privacy Policy. If you live in California, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, also covered in the policy.
We take account security seriously. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing, communications with the site are encrypted in transit, and access to personal data is limited to employees and contractors who need it to do their jobs. No system is perfectly secure, but we operate with the same care we would want a site holding our own information to operate with.
