Official Rules — Daily $100 Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

These Official Rules ("Rules") govern the WinDailyGames Daily $100 Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). By entering, you agree to these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by:

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are:

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes promotion period begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time on April 27, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on December 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion Period is divided into separate daily entry periods, each running from 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time through 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time of that calendar day.

The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

There are two methods of entry. No method increases your chances of winning. No purchase or payment is necessary.

Method 1: Online Entry

Visit www.windailygames.com, complete the registration form (or sign in if you already have an account), and submit a daily drawing entry by playing through the drawing-entry flow on the Site for that day. Internet access and a compatible device are required; entry is at your own risk and may be subject to your internet service provider's data charges and any applicable taxes.

Method 2: Mail-In Entry (Free Alternate Method)

To enter without using the Site, hand-print on a 3" × 5" card your full name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number, email address, and date of birth, and mail the card in a #10 envelope with sufficient postage to:

Each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received within seven (7) calendar days of the postmark to be eligible for that day's drawing. Entries with insufficient postage, illegible information, or that fail to follow these instructions will be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Entry Limits

Limit one (1) entry per person per daily entry period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple accounts, multiple entries from the same household using different identities, or use of any automated means (bots, scripts, click farms) will result in disqualification of all entries from that person or household.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or undeliverable entries; for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind; or for unauthorized human intervention.

5. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded each daily entry period in the form of a prepaid debit card, electronic payment (such as PayPal or ACH transfer), or other reasonable equivalent at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Prizes are non-transferable. No cash equivalent is offered except as the prize itself is cash-equivalent. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize as described is unavailable for any reason.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Drawing

One (1) potential winner will be selected each daily entry period in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that day. Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor (or its designated representative) within forty-eight (48) hours following the close of each daily entry period.

Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within seventy-two (72) hours of the drawing. The potential winner may be required to:

If a potential winner cannot be reached within seven (7) calendar days of first notification, fails to return required documentation within the time required, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion from among the remaining eligible entries for that day.

Prize Delivery

Following verification, the prize will be delivered electronically (or, at Sponsor's discretion, by mail) within thirty (30) calendar days. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that are undelivered due to incorrect contact information provided by the winner.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each daily entry period.

8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to provide a Social Security number or other taxpayer identification number on a Form W-9 for tax-reporting purposes if the cumulative value of prizes received from Sponsor in any calendar year meets or exceeds IRS reporting thresholds. Failure to provide required tax documentation within the time period specified above will result in forfeiture of the prize.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, the winner grants to Sponsor and its designees the right to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, biographical information, photograph, voice, statements about the Sweepstakes, and likeness for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission.

10. Release

By entering, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any injury, loss, claim, or damage of any kind that may arise from or in connection with:

11. Disputes; Governing Law

Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction located in New York State, or pursuant to the binding arbitration provisions of the WinDailyGames Terms of Service, as applicable.

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the WinDailyGames Privacy Policy. Sponsor uses entrant information for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, awarding prizes, complying with tax-reporting obligations, and the other uses described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Termination and Modification

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion of it) at any time, including in the event that fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may, at its discretion, conduct the drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action giving rise to the termination.

If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

14. Winners List

For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received within sixty (60) days following the end of the Promotion Period to:
