This Privacy Policy describes how Flatiron Media, LLC ("Flatiron Media," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit or use WinDailyGames.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Policy.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect technical and usage information, including:

Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from:

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

3. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

With Other Flatiron Media Properties

WinDailyGames is operated by Flatiron Media, LLC, which also operates other consumer websites including EverydayWinner.com. We may share your information across these properties for purposes including offering you opportunities to participate in additional sweepstakes, displaying targeted advertisements, and providing a unified account experience across Flatiron Media properties.

With Service Providers

We share information with third-party vendors and service providers who help us operate the Site, including:

These service providers are contractually limited to using your information only to provide services to us.

With Advertisers and Advertising Networks

We share certain information (typically pseudonymous identifiers, demographic categories, and interaction signals) with advertising networks and advertisers to display relevant advertisements on our Site and elsewhere on the internet. We do not sell your name, email address, or other directly-identifying personal information to advertisers. However, certain forms of advertising-related data sharing may qualify as a "sale" or "share" under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws — see Section 7 for your rights.

Named advertising providers. Our primary advertising provider is Google AdSense, operated by Google LLC. As a third-party vendor, Google uses cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads based on your visits to this Site and to other sites on the internet. Google may also engage additional third-party advertising technology vendors (such as ad exchanges, measurement providers, and demand partners) to fill and measure ad inventory on the Site. The current list of these vendors is published and maintained by Google at Google's list of ad technology providers, and the categories of partners certified under the consent framework described in Section 7 are listed by IAB Europe's Global Vendor List.

What is shared with these partners is generally limited to pseudonymous identifiers (such as cookie or device IDs), your IP address, general location derived from it, the pages and ads you interact with, and broad interest or demographic categories. We do not share your name, email address, or password with advertising partners.

You can control or opt out of personalized advertising in several ways: adjust your Google ad personalization at Google's My Ad Center, and opt out of personalized advertising across participating networks via the Digital Advertising Alliance or the Network Advertising Initiative. Opting out of personalized ads does not remove ads — you will still see advertising, but it will be less tailored to you.

For Legal Reasons

We may disclose your information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to: comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; enforce our Terms of Service; investigate fraud or security issues; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Flatiron Media, our users, or others.

Business Transfers

If Flatiron Media is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to the same protections described in this Policy.

4. Email Communications

If you opt in to receive promotional emails, we will send you sweepstakes notifications, game reminders, and partner offers. Email opt-in for WinDailyGames requires double opt-in confirmation — you'll need to click a confirmation link in an email from us before any promotional emails are sent.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any promotional email, or by visiting your account settings on the Site. Transactional emails (account confirmations, prize-claim notifications, security alerts) will continue to be sent regardless of promotional preferences.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, track your progress through games and daily reset cycles, detect fraud and abuse, and deliver and measure advertising.

The table below describes the main cookies set on the Site. "First-party" cookies are set by WinDailyGames; "third-party" cookies are set by Google for advertising. Cookie names used by Google's advertising services can change; the categories and purposes below reflect their function.

We do not use Google Analytics or other third-party general-analytics scripts; our usage analytics are first-party. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage advertising cookies through the consent and opt-out mechanisms described in Sections 3 and 7. Disabling essential cookies may prevent some Site features from working, including staying signed in and tracking your daily streak.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Site, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), salted password hashing, principle-of-least-privilege access controls, and routine security audits. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights — including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — contact us using the form and select "Privacy or data request" as the category. You may also limit advertising-related sharing directly through the ad-personalization and opt-out controls described in Sections 3 and 7. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf; we will take reasonable steps to verify the request.

Other State Privacy Laws

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights, including the right to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain data uses. Use the same contact method to exercise these rights.

Advertising Consent (IAB Transparency & Consent Framework)

WinDailyGames is intended for users in the United States, but our advertising is delivered through Google, which serves a global audience. To handle advertising consent consistently, we and our advertising partners participate in the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF v2.2), the industry-standard mechanism for recording and communicating users' advertising-consent choices.

If you access the Site from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you will be presented with a consent choice through a Google-certified consent management platform before personalized advertising is served. You can grant, decline, or withdraw consent for purposes such as personalized ads, ad measurement, and the use of cookies for advertising, and you can change those choices at any time through the consent controls available on the Site. Where you decline consent, you will still see advertising, but it will be non-personalized. The advertising vendors that may process data under this framework are listed in IAB Europe's Global Vendor List and in Google's list of ad technology providers.

If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location.

8. Children's Privacy

WinDailyGames is intended for adults aged 18 and older, and use of the Site by anyone under 18 is prohibited under our Terms of Service. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly serve personalized advertising to anyone we know to be under 18. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy on this page, update the "Effective Date" at the top, and (for registered users) notify you by email. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the changes.
